Woman Reveals How She Nearly Died In Labour-Room Coz of Mother Inlaw Wahala As She Gave Birth To Another Baby Girl.

Different strokes for different folks, that’s the story of our lives; while some others see all gender as important as the other, some others place too much of importance on the male gender, and such has become the nightmare of many women in their respective marriages.

Sadly, that’s the latter is the ugly story of a certain Nigerian mother identified as Stainless Chinny Testimony. While reacting to a post made by Nigerian South African based tech guru, businessman and philanthropist, Charles Awuzie, on the dangerous impact of peer and parental pressure on the lives of many young people.

While reacting to the post, Stainless revealed her sad tales in her marriage, particularly in the hands of her mother in-law, who ensured she never had peace of mind because of her inability to give birth to a baby boy.

She equally that during one of her child deliveries, that she had nearly died in the labour room when she gave birth to another baby girl, simply because of thoughts and fears of what she will go through in the hands of her mother in-law for giving birth to another baby girl.

Though at a stage according to her account, she summoned the courage and confronted her mother in-law over her unending tormenting as a result, as she’s not God who gives children. That she warned her (mother in-law) to stop disturbing her life with that very issue.

“This is how my mom in-law pressured me when I was having only girls, once anyone gives birth to a male child, she will call me on phone to tell me.

It got to a point that I was loosing my mind, I nearly died in the labour room when I had another girl. The last one she called me, I warned her to allow me be, I’m not God,” she wrote.

Well, it just so unfortunate how some African parents still subject their son’s wives to such hellish treatments all in the name of not being able to give them male children. What’s really so special about having male child/children? What made them more special and important over female child/children?
