Nigerians have continued to excel in different human endeavours, home and abroad. And this 19 year Nigerian girl has joined the long list of citizens making their fatherland (Nigeria) proud.
Identified as Tolulope Ekundayo, she is a fresh graduate of accounting from the famous Adeleke University, owned by Chief Adedeji Adeleke, the biological father of famous Nigerian musician, David Adeleke (Davido).
The brilliant 19 year old who equally bagged multiple awards during her graduation ceremony, got into the university at the age of 15. She has equally called on Davido to come forth with her flowers for her academic achievements at his dad’s university.
“For someone who doesn’t post on this app, 700 likes is a lot for me. But yes I got into Adeleke University at the age of 15. Please help me tag Davido he should give me gift graduating with first class from his daddy’s school,” she wrote.
My joy is coming from the fact that, while many young people in this country have continued to see education as a total waste of their time, hence why they are proud to say “school na scam”, there are several others who remains resolute and focused about their education.
