Legendary American rapper, actor, television presenter and radio personality Alvin Nathaniel Joiner, popularly known as Xzibit clocked 50 on September 18, 2024, and he took out to reflect on a lot of things about his life and more.
In his birthday post, the rapper talked about the journey of life, and how life is full of mysteries and surprises; that even though we always have plans for our life, but how life will eventually drive us to places we didn’t plan initially.
He equally revealed things he has learned about life in his journey of 50 years on earth, including that forgiveness is power, and should extend through you down to your enemies.
And on money, he said money is just a tool and not a status symbol as many often see it. Then that relationship and character are the real deal.
Also, that one should be lucky enough to find a love that would not be broken by anything, and that you shouldn’t be afraid of losing people in your life as it is natural for life to walk that path.
Then he went on to thank and appreciate all those who have been part of his life throughout his 50 years journey, especially those who have celebrated him and his milestones in life.
While Xzibit began his musical career in 1992, he released his debut studio album tilted “At The Speed Of Life” in 1996, and several other musical albums including his next two albums after the debut which Dr. Dre was the executive producer of the two studio albums.
Aside music, Xzibit was equally famed as an actor and Presenter and was the host of the popular Reality TV show “Pimp My Ride” which aired in the 2000s. While as an actor, he featured in great movies like the Television series “Empire”. Then starred in the 2006 movie “Gridiron Gang”, 2008 movie “The X-Files: I Want To Believe”, the 2009 movie “Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans, in the 2017 movie “Sun Dogs”, and also American Violet.
On his personal life, he got married to Krista Joiner in 2014 and they got separated in September 2021. Their marriage was blessed with two children including Xavier born prematurely on May 15, 2008, but sadly died about eleven (11) days later, and then there’s also Gatlyn. But the rapper already had a son from his previous relationship. His name is Tremayne A.K.A Tre Capital born on June 8, 1995. He’s equally a rapper just like his dad.
