Nollywood actress, Queen Wokoma has been facing series of backlashes for her outfit to Junior Pope’s burial ceremony yesterday, Friday May 17, 2024.
Sadly, instead of being remorseful and accepting her mistake, she rather went on to insult those talking about the wear on social media. These are the kind of people we call role models here, people with zero good sense of reasoning, who are too proud and arrogant to accept their mistakes, apologize were necessary and move on.
“Some of you are obviously stupid, hence wisdom is far from you. Forming fashion guru yet una never travel comot from una local government. Oh I forget, I’m supposed to tie wrapper or look miserable to soothe your empty brains,” she posted.
Without mincing words, she goofed full time with that sort of outfit to Junior Pope’s burial yesterday. Like, what was she thinking when the idea of that outfit came into her head? Like, did she even understand that she was attending a burial ceremony that is characterized by mixed feelings and emotions?
She was actually looking like she went there to either for a fashion parade or to stir up reactions and be in the news. Unfortunately, some of these so called celebrities, especially the Asaba Nollywood actresses, they do not know we’re to draw their boundary mark when it comes to showing off their woke lifestyle.
How on earth did she go to that kind of burial and expect people to clap and applaud her ungodly outfit? She is busy insulting everyone who talked about the outfit, calling them all sorts of unprintable names, including that they lack wisdom, meanwhile she’s the one glaringly lacking wisdom here.
Because if she was wise as she claimed, she should have either kept quiet or reply with decent words, rather, she decided to reply in the same manner as portrayed by her disgusting outfit.
You think every occasion is an avenue to advertise your fashion madness and indecency? No dear, there’s limit for everything. This burial is a highly emotional and traumatizing one, and your outfit to there should as well reflect that.
Probably she thinks because she is a celebrity, then no one can actually talk to her? As per who by the way? Just like my people will always say, that passing six is not passing sense, hopefully she has learnt her lessons, especially for the sake of next time.
