For the past few days Saida Boj, otherwise known as the controversial street Influencer, has been in the news for all the wrong reasons, particularly following her recent interview session with Nedu Wazobia.

While she was busy enjoying her new found fame, the roof came crumbling and crashing to her face. First her TikTok of over a million followers was banned, then followed her Instagram and Facebook, all happening in such a quick succession.

In the face of all these, many are still trying to find out about this lady who is causing all these buzz. Well, we managed to lay hands on a few but vital information about Saida Boj.

A BRIEF STORY ABOUT HER ORIGIN:

Her real name is Sarah Idaji Ojone, who hails from the famous Igala in Kogi State, home to the famous paramount ruler, Attah of Igala.

Born September 4 2001, she’s from a place with strong cultural background, and in her place they have strong respect and regard for the male child. You can actually make enquiries, coz most part of Kogi State, especially the Igala people, are Islamic by religion.

Where her deep rooted hatred and disrespect for the male gender emanated from remains a mystery yet to be solved. Yes, because in Igala, polygamy is widely practiced, hence you see a man marrying even up to five wives or more.

So, how she end up with such an ideology of labelling men cheap and not being scarce is surprising. For if going by her background, where one man marries up to such a number of wives, how then does it end up on her side that men are cheap and surplus.

I have been to Igala, particularly Ankpa, I stayed there for long. I saw her women gives so much respect to men, especially married women to their husbands. Some even bow to greet their husbands, how then did Saida Boj turn out this way.

Aside the disrespect for the male gender, some of these lifestyles she advocated for during the interview are highly abominable in her place. For a woman to even leave her marriage in Igala, she will be avoided by other women, she will be seen as a bad influence to other women.

These are things I know first hand, not hear say. There’s this young married woman I know, both she and her husband hails from same Ankpa in Igala. She complained of multiple maltreatment from her husband, but that she can’t leave the marriage because of what her people back home will be saying about her.

I was shocked that such mentality still exist in this generation or era. Till Date she’s still in that marriage. To show show you the kind of background Saida Boj is coming from, hence why I wonder her recent lifestyle.

Well, it is obvious something must have happened to her in one way or the other, that influenced her lifestyle deeply, or that she wasn’t raised in her place.

NOTE: This post is not in anyway advocating for women to be seen as less than the men, no. We are practically x-raying her background, the predominant lifestyle there, and what influenced her own lifestyle afterwards.
