Teen and talented Nollywood actress, Mercy Kenneth has found herself in the back books of Nigerians following the behaviour the actress displayed in a recent video with her senior colleague, Chief Imo.
In a video shared on Chief Imo’s social media platform, the actress could be seen rubbishing the head of Chief Imo as she touched his head playfully. This was as she urged viewers to subscribe to the actor’s YouTube channel.
While the duo were putting up some acting stuffs to catch people’s attention, many people didn’t find it funny and as such, criticized and tackled the actress immediately, with many labelling her “disrespectful girl“.
Some others took it so personal, that they made it clear that it is because her attitude that discourages them from watching her movies, while comparison her to her colleague, Ada Kirikiri, who they say is well trained and won’t ever try such.

Well, I think people are just over reacting over this matter. These are entertainers, and there’s actually no limit to how they may choose to entertain people, except it’s something that is erotic and not suitable for her age.
Keep aside the fact that it was just a casual promotional video, so if they were on a movie set and the script mandates her to do such, so will people still react this way? Let’s just stop being unnecessarily emotional and hypocritical in matters like this.
When you see a married man or woman kissing inside a movie, why don’t we react in this same manner? Why understand then that they are only doing their jobs as professionals? You guys are just being too harsh on this young girl.
