The world is literally mourning the painful and heartbreaking death of talented and fast rising Nigerian musician, Mohbad, who died on September 12, 2023, in one of the most controversial and complicated circumstances.
Since his death, there have been mixed reactions regards the cause of his death, including the bullying he suffered in the hands of some others who have in one way or the other been fingered in his death.
Meanwhile, American rapper and songwriter, Durk Derrick Banks, popular lol known on the stage as Lil Durk, has joined the millions of voices mourning the death of Mohbad. The “Viral Moment” crooner posted both on his verified Twitter and Instagram accounts earlier today, Wednesday September 20, 2023.
“RIP MOHBAD aka Imole,” he posted.
Mohbad’s death has sparked national outrage, especially with the emergence of series of videos showing all the soul breaking agony and pains the deceased had to go through prior to his death. Meanwhile the Nigerian Police has stepped into the matter, promised to carry out a comprehensive and diligent investigation into the death of the late singer.
On the other hand, there have been a couple of street protests by Nigerians, as they continue to demand Justice for Mohbad, which the hashtag #JusticeForMohbad trending across all social media platforms.
