THe Nigerian man who recently became popular across social media platforms over his comment on Big Brother Naija reality TV reality has cried out for a help. According to the man identified as Nnadozie Victor Onyemaobi, any day he finds out that his wife patronizes Big Brother Naija, BBNaija, that it will be the end of their marriage, and that his wife has never flouted the order till date. But now, he has cried as reactions from people over his comment has already plunged him into depression.
“I told my wife the day she watch big brother Naija that’s the end of our marriage and she maintained it,” he wrote.
ThE post has continued to generate mixed reactions online and has equally sparked widespread debate and conversation, with many people coming for his head over that very comment, with many describing the man as be a dictator and exercising authoritarian regime in his marriage. Many women have continued to rebook ever getting married to such a man, and all other heartbreaking remarks that very comment from him has continued to attract to him.
Following all the drama that has trailed the said comment from Mr. Nnadozie, he is now crying out for help as he is at the verge of being plunged into depression. Commenting on a post made by a Facebook user identified as Charles Awuzie about his plan to launch a reality TV show, Nnadozie Victor wrote;
“please Mr. Charles before you proceed with the Big Brain Naija, kindly advice your followers to stop dragging me over my last comment about big brother Naija…
Almost all popular Nigerian news blog are mentioning me on a daily over my personal life. Please tell them to stop, I’m depressed.”
The truth is that, in as much as I do not like the tone in his comment on how he warned his wife about watching big brother Naija, but we must on the other hand understand that people are at liberty to make a choice of what best works for them as husband and wife. If it suits both of them, then who are am I or we, to complain on their behalf.
Therefore, it’s time people stop dragging and attacking this young man, his wife has never come out to cry for help or complain about how her husband’s treats her, then on what ground are we fighting on her behalf? Think!
