Yul Edochie has stirred up yet another controversies with his usual controversial posts on social media. The actor who recently turned himself into a social media evangelist, with the headquarters of his Ministry domiciled on YouTube.

The Nollywood actually has actually berated Christians who embark on the destruction and burning of shrines and deities, on the ground that it is not all of them that are actually evil and that bad. He said the idea of destroying our shrines and deities were part of the manipulative agenda of the white people, aimed at making us hate our culture and traditions, paving the way for the full embrace of theirs.

“Stop burning shrines and deities. Not all deities are evil. Oyibo convinced us that all our ways are evil so we could discard our ways & embrace theirs, making slavery easy,” part of his post reads.

Further, he urged people to wake up from their slumber and start embracing their tradition, revealing that many deities in this part of the world actually acknowledges the existence and supremacy of God almighty, hence the reason why such shouldn’t be destroyed.

He further warned that destroying and burning of these deities and shrine could actually spell doom for those involved. Then advised people to simply leave these shrines and deities to be, as its existence doesn’t disturb their lives in anyway.

Meanwhile, the actor has actually come under massive backlashes as a result of the post, with many people openly expressing dissenting opinions and views to the actor’s teachings and preachings on deities and shrines.
