The Governor of Akwa-Ibom State, Pastor Umeh Eno has extended a hand of appreciation to seasoned Nollywood movie director, producer and writer, Pastor Moses Eskor, DGN. The governor recently appointed the movie director as his Special Assistant on Entertainment Industry in the state, perfectly fitting into his line of career and profession.

The appointment which perfectly depicts the putting of a round peg in a round hole demonstrates the Governor’s promise of ensuring that the people of Akwa-Ibom State gets all the deserved dividends of governance under his tenure. In other words, being a successful filmmaker, he will certainly bring the wealth of his vast knowledge into the development and growth of entertainment in the state.

On the other hand, to prove the fact that his appointment is well deserved, many people including his colleagues in the entertainment industry have been congratulating him, flooding his social media platforms with celebration and congratulatory messages. And without mincing words, it is expected that with his enviable and lofty track records, that Moses Eskor will leave an indelible legacies with his capacity as the Special Assistant to the governor on entertainment.

Mr. Moses Eskor has equally payed the price for the glory seated right on his table, as he was a vocal and strong supporter of the Governor during his campaigns, and as such, the reward for his great efforts in gifting the state such a sound leader like Pastor Umeh Eno didn’t come as much surprise to many who knew about his roles during the electioneering season. Even the Holy Bible made it clear that a labourer deserves his wage.

Moses Eskor has directed, produced and written dozens of movies for Nollywood and beyond. And has equally see to the discovery, nurture and development of lots of talents in the industry over the years, including the Akwa-Ibom Talent Show which is still ongoing, were many talents in the entertainment industry have been discovered and ready to take the world by surprise.
