Neymar’s Al Hilal Breaks Guinness World Records In Football History With Unbeaten Record!

Saudi Arabia’s professional men’s senior league outfit, Neymar’s Al Hilal were on ground to celebrate their record-breaking season with at the Kingdom Arena!

The club had set a new Guinness World Records when they went 34 matches unbeaten. And not just that, during the 34 matches they won all, recording no single draw or lost in-between these 34 games.

With Al Hilal winning all 34 matches in a row, between a period of September 2023 to April 2024, they became the first men’s football club to set such records across all competitions.

“Al Hilal won 34 games in a row between September and April, setting a world record for the most consecutive men’s association football victories across all competitions,” Guinness World Records posted via their verified Facebook page.

Further, the post added, “backstage in the players’ lounge, Brazilian superstar Neymar, whom the club bought last summer for €90 million, took the opportunity to snap a couple of shots with the iconic certificate!”

Recall that Neymar became the most expensive football player in the world when he moved from Spanish side, Barcelona to French Ligue1 outfit, Paris Saint-Germain, PSG, in 2017, following the activation of his release clause reportedly to be €222 million.

“Guinness World Records It seems like Guinness World Records is giving awards for some pretty silly things these days. Recognizing unusual achievements can be fun, but when they give records for things like loud farts, it makes their awards seem less special. It would be better if they focused on really impressive accomplishments,” Mustafa Kaa.

“But Neymar hardly played,” Emmanuel Onyenweaku.
