The marriage institution which was once referred to as revered and holy is gradually turning into a boyscot arrangement. Here’s another testament to that fact, as a marriage contracted barely a year ago has reportedly crashed.
A certain young man identified as December Nwadoro has announced the dissolution of his about a year marriage, on the ground that it has allegedly become toxic and life threatening.
Writing via his social media platform, the young man who got married in February 2023 announced that his marriage with his now estranged wife, Mrs. Anawanti Divine has crashed.
In his words, “It is of utmost importance to inform and notify the general public of my decision to terminate and dissolve my marital Conjugation with Mrs Anawanti Divine whom I got married to prior now”.
He stated that going forward, that he’s no longer into any sort of marital bond with the aforementioned woman, citing irreconcilable differences and compilations in their former marriage, hence revealing that the marriage became life threatening and toxic at the same time.
He also stated that she has returned to her parents house, as such, that she shouldn’t be addressed as his wife any longer. Also, that upon this public notice he has put out, that she’s free to remarry any other man of her wish/choice.
“Kindly note that henceforth, I am no longer in any marital bond with Anawanti Divine due to some irreconcilable and complicated reasons as the marriage has become so toxic and life threatening”.
“Forthwith, she shouldn’t be addressed as my wife and she is free to remarry upon this public notification as she has returned back to her parents house,” he added.
He went concluded by apologizing to all those who might have been offended by his decision, especially looking at the fact that the marriage was shortlived.
“The decision may not be palatable to most person’s and may seem unexpected considering the short time of marriage. Please accept my esteemed apology for whatever shock or inconveniences this notice may cause to you. Thank you all for your unalloyed support and care always,” December Nwadoro concluded.
Many people have been reacting to the story, with some blaming him for the hasty decision to end his infant marriage, citing that he should have given time to see if the issues plaguing their marriage would be resolved.
On the other hand, others wondered why couples will invite all these people, spend all these money, just to approach marriage as though they just wanted to have a taste of what it looks like.
