An ugly scene played out yesterday, Saturday August 10, 2024 at the Lagos international airport, following the arrival of a couple into the country from abroad.
According to an eye witness account who took a video of the incident, the woman didn’t reveal what is her reason for her action, but tore the international airport to pieces, poured it to the floor and dragged her kids from her husband and walked away.
Stunned and speechless, the husband was being consoled by those who saw what just happened, while praising him for not reacting as she went gaga.
Many people have continued to react to the video of the incident, with many making it clear that she actually went too far with her actions, regardless of what the man must have done. Some lamented the fact that the man is always compelled not to act or react in situations like this, and has actually sent many men to early graves.
“You be man, no talk. Na dis particular phrase don make many men die in silence,” popular music video director @avalonkpe commented.
Veteran Nollywood movie director and actor, Ugezu J Ugezu said if she try such in a sane country, that she would have been arrested, “in a sane country she will be arrested for destroying a passport, property of the State.
She knows. She waited until she lands in our country, and right before the law enforcement officers, she committed the crime and is walking away”.
