Popular Nigerian comedian, content creator and preacher of the gospel, Femi Babs has made yet another startling revelations about Mohbad, whose his recent unfortunate death has continued to trigger mixed reactions and uproar across all fronts.
In a video posted on his official Facebook page, he revealed how Mohbad had appeared to him in a dream; that he was crying and obviously looking restless. The deceased lamented how he had nobody to talk to while still alive.
“But you spoke out na,” Femi Babs had said to Mohbad in the dream, of which he replied immediately, “I was only talking to thin air, I had nobody to talk to.”
According to Femi, the deceased equally regretted not knowing then that those who claim to be your friends when you become famous are actually not sincere friends, but those who are only attracted to you because of your fame and fortune.
He equally said that he (Mohbad) asked him to tell people that they should stop rushing into building when they start making progress in life, and that they should equally stop showing people their building when they start making progress in life as people will likely turn it into abandoned building/project.
He also lamented that he wished he knew Femi Babs while he was still alive.
Then at a point, Mohbad held him so tight while still crying and shedding and kept saying “I wish I had a friend, I never had a friend, a shoulder to lean on.” Then suddenly, a strong wind started blowing and quickly separated them, and Mohbad was pushed to a dark part, were he was just moving to and fro, obviously restless.
“He (Mohbad) was looking for a human body to enter,” Femi claimed as well, as Mohbad kept crying that he need a friend.
Femi went on to attach lots of spirituality into the life of Mohbad, especially for the choice of his other name “Imole” which means light, that nobody actually know why Mohbad was calling himself Imole, and that those who killed the musician has actually put off a light. He called on the necessary authorities to do a proper investigation in this matter, that no stone should be left unturned, and that everyone in the picture of this unfortunate incident is a suspect and should be investigated.
He emphasized that he is not doing this video just to chase clout, but that he was pushed beyond his own power of resistance and equally for the message contained in the said dream.
Meanwhile, my take on this whole story is that this young man whose life was cut short by wicked souls, is restless wherever he’s now, and that he’s seriously crying for justice. May his soul continue to rest in peace Amen!!!
