Wonders they say shall never end, this follows a recent incident in Gboko, Benue State, as a traditional marriage slated for Saturday, May 25, 2024, failed to hold as groom was no where to be found.
The groom identified as one Timothy Tersoo Uwua reportedly left everyone worried and stranded as he failed to turn up for the traditional in question, without anyone knowing his whereabout or reasons why he absconded.
It was gathered that family members, friends, guests and others had gathered at the wife’s place, Miss Janet Ayegh, while waiting for the arrival of the groom and his people, but they were all kept waiting forever as he never showed up.
At the time of this report, no message has been sent across to the bride’s family as to why he failed to show up for the important occasion. The situation has left the bride extremely heartbroken and has been in tears since then.
Well, information gathered is that the groom, Ms Tersoo is an Ex-Seminarian.
