This new year is not equally looking good for Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, as people may have continued from where they stopped last year, regards their incessant attacks on the handsome young man.

Well, the latest attacks launched against Yul is coming on the heels of the recent appointment by President Tinubu. The presidential appointments on some of Yul’s colleagues in the entertainment industry triggered the barrage of trolls on him. For instance, entertainment guru, Obi Asika was made Director General, DG, of National Council of Arts and Culture and seasoned Nigerian actor, Ali Nuhu was made the DG of Nigerian Film Corporation, and others.

So, based on the fact that Yul is a well known supporter of Tinubu, including the fact that him and his second wife, Judy Austin, had outfits specially made to show their support and love for Tinubu. So many people were surprised that his name was conspicuously missing in the list of the new appointments. As such, it resulted in yet another avenue to mock and troll the controversial actor, whose sin of marrying a second wife without the knowledge and consent of his first wife, May Yul Edochie, seems unforgivable till date.

See some of the trolls below…

Meanwhile, Yul Edochie is not the only top entertainer in the country who supported Tinubu, both during and after the campaign and election, whose name was not on the list of the new appointments, like Eniola Badmus, Yinka, Zack Orji, Benedict Johnson, Jide Kosoko, Toyin Abraham, and several others. As such, I don’t know why it is only Yul Edochie they choose to talk about.

Be that as it may, this is a new year and as such, people should let go of old things, and focus more on the present, especially on important national and humanitarian issues. Let love lead!
