Many people have continued to refer to Nigeria as a theatre of drama that is supposed to be airing on Netflix, Amazon Prime and others. This owes to the series of funny drama we have seen over time in the country.
In the face of the ongoing nationwide hunger and hardship protest across many parts of the country, another group has staged a counter protest in solidarity with the government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The group were pictured in the streets of Adamawa State in their massive numbers, flaunting placards with various inscriptions. Some of the inscriptions reads, “let those pushing for a forceful change of government lead the procession with their children. Tinubu all the way till 2031”.
Others include, “Disable people are solidly behind President Tinubu”, and from Women In Politics Forum, “we say Capital NO to Demagogues and Anti-Democrats hiding under protests, Tinubu carry go”. And others.
Many people have taken to social media to berate those involved in the counter protest, alleging that as usual, they have collected money to sell their birthright.
