Further, he admitted the individual quality of Liverpool players, but admitted that his team equally has same qualities as well. While admitting that Zirkzee was unlucky not to have scored, he said they will be fine, and that the team really have to improve.
“It’s individual quality. Liverpool have great players but I think we have such players as well. Zirkzee had very good positions and was nearly there. We will be fine. We have to improve, we know that. Today we have to take this but we will bounce back,” he said.
He went on to defend Casemiro after two mistakes from him led to instant two goals. While he avoided blaming the midfielder for the errors, he assured that he will surely bounce back as he will continue to contribute to his team.
“Casemiro has shown so often that he is a great character. We all have seen great moments from him”.
“He will show that again and will bounce back. He won everything in his career you can imagine. He will keep contributing to our team. He is always winning,” he added then.
