A certain Nigerian lady, Mmesoma Hillary has some words of advice and wisdom for the male gender, especially those ready to settle down.
According to her, men should avoid women who thinks that they are more important than their mother. She went further to explain the important and separate roles both mothers and wives play in the lives of every man.
“your mother can’t be your wife, your wife can’t be your mums, both play different roles in your life. Women never leaves their mother, some even follow their daughters to live with them,” she added.
“But a woman would let you know that your mother shouldn’t come close. Let your wife respect your mother the way you respect her mother. Use your heads when choosing a wife, na some of you let the middle of your legs do the choosing for you,” she added.
Meanwhile, she was replying to a trending post, in which a certain girl @anael_mevoung was tackling men who places their mother above their wives. In her exact words, “imagine marrying a man who thinks his mum comes before you”.
