His club confirmed the story as Palmer, who is a wonder kid will have to spend the international break at Cobham, with some of his colleagues who were not called up by their respective countries.
MALO Arthur GUSTO:
Also, another Chelsea player Malo Gusto has withdrawn from his international duty with his country.
He left the France Under-21 squad because of a thigh injury, according to his club.
On the other hand, Gusto is a french professional footballer who plays as a right back, both for Chelsea and France. So as expected, he’s to compete with England international, Recce James for the position
KEVIN DE BRUYNE:
The Belgium and Manchester City playmaker is currently on international duty with his country, but his contract has remained a subject of speculation, with rumours speculating he will head to Saudi Arabia once his current contract expires in June 2025.
Well, according to the player while speaking about his soon to expire contract, he said, “once the season goes on, I’m sure there will be talks“.
“I just want to feel good, play good football and this will come in the upcoming months. I don’t really feel the rush for the moment“.
Then on his rumoured interest in moving to Saudi Arabia, he said he is yet to speak to anyone about that, as he is only hearing it in the news just like everyone else.
In his words, “I haven’t spoken to anyone. There’s been a lot of noises and news“.
“I said in the summer I expect a quiet summer and that’s what happened. I’ve been on holiday, came back, started training. That’s it. Nothing else“.
ROBERT LEWANDOWSKI:
The Poland hitman has been hailed by the President of Barcelona FC for his good heart towards the club.
According to club President, Laporta, “Lewandowski, I’ve a special mention for him. He is a player committed to the club…
“When he heard that we had to make some efforts to reach the Fair Play to register players, he told us he could lower his contract in order to help the club“.
Frankly only a hand full of players at his level will be this considerate. He really deserves all the kind words from his club President.
