As Nigeria is set to face the Bafana Bafana of South Africa tomorrow, February 6, 2023, in the semi finals of the ongoing African Cup of Nations, AFCON, several Nigerians have continued to reveal their expectations ahead of the crucial encounter.
Among them is two of the most controversial personalities in the country, Dr. Kemi Olunloyo and Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie. According to Kemi, she revealed in a post that she woke up from a bad dream were three Super Eagles players were sick ahead of the match, which spiritually could mean that the Eagles of Nigerian may loose to South Africa.
In her exact words, “just woke up after a long nap. Dreamt that 3 soccer players in our Super Eagles team were sick and can’t play. What am I seeing here? That’s a bad dream sha. Spiritually they may lose to South Africa as my instincts says”.
According to Yul Edochie said he’s having the feelings that the Bafana Bafana will pull a shocker against the Nigerian side tomorrow. Though he went ahead to beg God not to allow that happen, while equally urging the Super Eagles not to allow that happen.
“Why am I having the feeling that South Africa may surprise us tomorrow? God abeg oo. Super Eagles no gree for anybody oo. Kwechili. Leave no stones unturned. Bring home the trophy,” his post reads.
Meanwhile, lot’s of Nigerians expectedly have attacked the Nollywood actor, warning him to stay away from things that concerns the Super Eagles of Nigeria, while on the other hand, some others said he’s being cunning with his prophecy, that he should be bold to state if the Super Eagles will win or not. This is to enable people hold him accountable to his words at the end of the football match.
