While many people would not have seen the possiblity of Rihanna settling down with A$AP Rocky, based on lots of visible factors; she’s richer, more famous, more classic, older than him, and others.
But today, the duo are having one of the best marriages you could ever imagine, but all that couldn’t have been possible if not for the fact that A$AP Rocky was courageous at one point to grab her butt, which changed their story for the better, on his part.
According to A$AP Rocky, he and Rihanna have been friends for about a decade, but weren’t dating at that time. Even while she dated other guys, they were still friends and cool with each other. But along the line he began nursing romantic feelings for her, but the courage wasn’t there to approach her in that regard.
“Rihanna was my best friend since 2013. She was dating other guys, and we were still cool. I started having feelings for her, but this lady is 10 times richer and more popular than me.
She was even a few months older, so there was really nothing I could say to her. When we were on tour, I decided to try something crazy,” he revealed during an interview.
Which was that crazy stuff he did that saw them together as couple till date? While on stage together in 2012, during the MTV Video Music Wards, MTV VMAs, he further got drunk with love and went ahead to grab her butt publicly.
It was just like a dream to him, as he expected a harsh rebook from her, but rather she enjoyed it, especially as the fans cheered and laughed.
And behold, that paved the way for him to start a relationship with the “Umbrella” crooner and now they are having one of the most beautiful marriages you could think of.
