As cost of living, economic hardship and worsening living condition escalates in the country, more Nigerians have continued to look out for ways to survive. And number one on their list is traveling abroad, which in our local parlance means to Japa.
Well, here’s a good news for those looking to leave the country to work and live abroad, as the United Kingdom has announced more list of companies in their country that are eligible to sponsor immigrants into the country, to live and work there, under the worker and temporary worker immigration routes.
According to the Nation, the list of such companies was updated on Friday August 23, and has a total of 119,195 approved companies.
While interested Nigerians are advised to check the listed Company’s website for vacancies and other vital information. Meanwhile, we checked and found out that most of these eligible companies falls under sector like the Tech, media/advertisment, engineering, commerce, education, etc.
On the other hand, it is important to understand that Skilled Worker Visa is specifically meant for a skilled worker to enter the country to live and work, and it must be by one of the listed companies. In other words, you must have secured a job offer from these companies, before you proceed with the stage of processing your Visa under the “Skilled Worker Visa”.
