A certain Nigerian man has taken to Whatsapp group to narrate his sad ordeals in the hands of his twin brother and others, as they have rendered him homeless at the moment.
Identified by his Whatsapp user name as homiesgarden1, revealed that his only house located in Etiti, in Ngwo, Udi LGA of Enugu, has now been demolished following a bitter land ownership tussle with his blood brother.
He was eventually thrown out following a court judgment which he alleged was bought with US dollar, and his properties and other belongings of his were equally thrown out. He lamented that at the moment, him and his family have no where to live.
In his exact words, he wrote; “this is what Amaka Nwachinwoke, chukwuma, Paulina ozude , ibe and my twins did to me and my family at the condition of this country some people will cross heart and destroy there brothers home just like that”
“I have seen that there is no justice in this life but the end will always justify the means. Time will tell….”
“Because I don’t have money to bribe people that matters. Ihe nwoke nyere ibe ya bu ngo jidere m,” he narrated.
Further, he alleged that despite the judgement by the village through a peace committee that the said land belongs to him, but after his brother who left for the US in 2019 started using money to buy everyone’s conscience, including a customary court located in Udi LGA, and they gave judgement.
“Etiti gave there judgement 2013 that unekwu and unota belongs to me, peace committee led by Teacher Collins Amalu, Hon. Evans OKWOR and many others gave the same judgement 2014”
“Since then they did nothing, 2119 chukwuma went to USA and started buying everyone including my own twin brother Peter with dollar”.
“He bought 9th mile customary court and they turn down the judgement of Etiti and peace committee down and gave him against me.”
“I then went to appeal but they use bribe to manover there way course they said that my lawyer did not serve there lawyer I don’t know but The land must surely speak one day”.
