Wizkid’s 34th birthday came up on Tuesday July 16, 2024, and it was such a massive and special day and moment for the celebrant, his friends, well wishers, fans and others.
And surprisingly, Davido took to his social media platform to share the special day with his colleague, Big Wizz. Even though many people never saw that coming but Davido once again demonstrated the kind of heart in him.
Funny enough, that wasn’t the most beautiful and surprising gestures from Davido about Wizkid’s Birthday. Yes, Davido lavished close to two million dollars ($2m) just to celebrate Wizkid.
Davido had bought a bottle of the famous and highly revered Macallan 1926 whiskey reportedly worth about $2.7 million (over 4 Billion Naira). He was with the drink while inside his private jet, sipping the whiskey while happily singing a birthday song to celebrate Wizkid on his 34th birthday.
“Happy birthday to my brother, Wizkid. You’re a legend bro, you’re kîllîng it. You’re the greatest of all time,” Davido said during that moment.
Worthy to mention is the fact that it is only about three (3) or thereabout, bottles of this Whiskey that is currently available globally. But Davido isn’t bothered about that, but happily did it just to celebrate a brother.
Believe it or not, this once again goes a long way to demonstrate the kind and amount of love and respect Davido has for Wizkid.
On the other hand, it is glaringly that there’s actually no serious beef between them as being portrayed by their die-hard fans under the umbrella of Wizkid FC and 30BG.
But many has claimed it was an old video, while some insisted it was a recent video. But all we care is let love lead!!!
