While we are still thrilled by the memories of the lavish wedding ceremony of Davido and Chioma few weeks ago, another classic wedding is already taking center stage as the richest family in India has left tongues wagging.
This follows the pre-wedding party organized by the youngest son (Anant Ambani) of the wealthiest person in India, Mukesh Ambani has lavished several millions of dollars just for pre-wedding parties.
Justin Bieber reportedly paid $10,000,000 just to perform at one of the couple’s pre-wedding parties which held over the weekend in Mumbai. The event equally had family and friends in attendance.
Meanwhile, in March 2024, Rihanna performed for the couple’s first pre-wedding party, were she was reportedly paid between 7-9 million dollars. And it was reported as well that Akon, David Blaine and other celebrities were billed to perform.
This event was equally attended by notable global billionaires like Mark Zuckerberg of Meta, Bill Gates of Microsoft, Ivanka Trump, Karlie Kloss and others.
Fast forward to May 2024, the couple had their second pre-wedding party which took place in Italy with performances from Katy Perry, Pitbull, David Guetta, Backstreet Boys and Andrea Bocelli. The party took place on and off a cruise ship.

The groom, Anant Ambani is the last last son of Mukesh Ambani, the chairman of Reliance Industries, and rated by Forbes as Asia’s richest man.
Anant is set to marry businesswoman and daughter of Billionaire Indian pharmaceutical tycoons, Radhika Merchant next weekend, precisely Friday July 12, 2024.
Mukesh Ambani has a netwoth of about $124 billion, and is equally rated by Forbes as the 11th wealthiest person in the world. His company Reliance basically deals on businesses involved in industries like energy, telecom, retail and others.
THE COUPLE LOVE STORY:
The beautiful lovebirds is said to have held their traditional engagement ceremony some time in January 2023, and according to US today, they have been childhood sweethearts.
This is not the first time the family is lavishing millions of dollars on weddings. Recall that when Mukesh Ambani’s first daughter, Isha Ambani got married in 2018, Beyonce performed at the pre-wedding party. Then the following year, one of his sons, Akash Ambani had his own wedding, Chainsmokers and Chris Martin (of Coldplay) performed as well.
Meanwhile, while no confirmation from the family on who is going to perform at the official wedding ceremony this weekend, rumours has it that Adele will be there live to thrill guests.
