UGEZU JIDEOFOR UGEZU, simply known as Ugezu J Ugezu is one of the few Nollywood personalities whose originality and genius in his career remains the envy of many, and one of the those who really understand his craft in that industry filled with lots of mediocrity in recent years.

The Anambra state born Nollywood personality joined the industry around 2000, and has been active till date. He didn’t start as a movie director but as a fringe actor with lots of unique and comic attributes. The way he demonstrates his hands and gesturing his mouth/lips is one of his many of unique acting skills.

He’s a known figure when it comes to epic movies, and has dozens of such movies to his credit. In most of his movies, he is often seen working at the palace, either as a special adviser or personal assistance to the Igwe or Prince, but in which ever case, he’s very good at in giving sound pieces of advice to his boss. But can be very mischievous at times, hence why he will end up giving the prince or Igwe wrong advices that end up plunging them into a big trouble. Lol.

He rose through the ranks in the industry, and that why how he moved from acting fringe roles, to more important roles, to being an Artistic Director while working under his then master, Mac-Collins Chidebe A.K.A Mr. China. Gradually he rose to what he has become as of today in the Nigeria movie industry. For instance, he was the artistic director in movies like “Boys From Holland”, Timber And Caliber, and many others.

Aside all these, Ayaka Global as he’s fondly called, is equally a highly talented, gifted and sort after story writer and screenwriter, mostly when it comes to epic movies promoting the Igbo Culture and Tradition.
