Embattled Music mogul, Sean Diddy Combs popularly known as Diddy is obviously facing the worse time in his life, as things got worse for him.
He was in the Federal Court earlier today Thursday, October 10, 2024, for his trial but it turned out his stay in custody was extended.
This was as the trial judge fixed May 5, 2025 for the official commencement of his trial, and equally ordered that Diddy remain in custody until the date of the official trial.
During today’s hearing, Diddy’s counsel pleaded with the US court of Appeals to grant him bail, after two other separate judges had previously turned down his bail request, fearing that the music mogul could tamper with evidence. Well, the third judge has equally declined his bail request and will remain there till May 5, 2025.
Meanwhile, Diddy has already pleaded not guilty to all the charges brought against him bothering on Racketeering, prostitution and more.
He’s currently being held in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.
