The Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) season nine (9) edition has come and gone, with Delta State born Kingsley Sule, popularly known as Kellyrae, emerging winner of the SHOW, which came to an end on Sunday October 6, 2024.
The Reality TV Show which kicked off ten (10) weeks ago started with a pair of fourteen (14) housemates, which in all is a total of 28 housemates, hustling for the grand prize (a cheque of N60million and a brand new Innoson car worth N40m, total prize worth to N100m).
Tagged “No Loose Guard”, the just concluded edition eventually lived up to its expectations, with Kellyrae edging out both Wanni and Onyeka to win the ultimate prize, with Wanni and Onyeka coming second and third respectively.
KEY INFORMATION:
1) Kellyrae became the first married man to win the show, hence the trending hashtag “the money is married“. He came into the show with his wife, Kassia SULE, and they got married some time in February 2024.
His wife Kassia SULE was evicted from the show in the penultimate week, hence she wasn’t qualified for the grand finale.
2) Kellyrae is a professional singer prior to his participation in the Big Brother Naija show, making his music debut in October of 2020, with the EP “Success”. The EP equally featured some of his colleagues like Erigga and Graham D.
3) Born on February 15, 1991, Kellyrae is from Warri, Delta State, a native of Urhobo precisely. A graduate of Delta State University located in Abraka.
His emergence as the winner has instantly sparked a wild celebration and jubilation amongst fans of the show across social media platforms. A lot of people are of the opinion that it is high time responsible housemates like Kellyrae are given all necessary support to win such shows.
