American billionaire and one time richest person in the world, Bill Gates has practically incurred the wraths of Nigerians over his comment about President Tinubu’s Government policies and economic reforms.

He made the statement on Wednesday after attending the National Economic Council (NEC) meeting held at the Council Chambers of the Aso Rock Presidential Villa in Abuja.

He openly declared support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu‘s economic reforms and policies, though admitting that the reforms are difficult at the moment, especially for the citizens who are faced with economic hardship and worsening living condition.

But he reminded the people of the importance of these reforms and policies are necessary steps which the country needs at the moment. And expectedly, Nigerians have continued to attack him over the statement, on the ground that Nigerians are going through hell, and that they do not understand his agenda for the country.

In continuation, the American billionaire businessman, inventor and philanthropist admitted that millions of people in the country are facing serious economic hardship, including the soaring prices of goods, incomes and earnings have fallen so bad, protests rocking parts of the country as a result, and several other negative indices.

But remain hopeful that with the policy and economic reforms of the President, including his team of workers, that things will soon turn out positively.
